Sales Executive for TeenInterns (brand name I Love Mondays)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales for Teeninterns and TES, focusing on onboarding students and schools, building partnerships, and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping teens discover their career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets, focusing on student sign-ups and school partnerships.
● Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients (students, parents, schools, and NGOs) through various channels, including digital marketing, networking events, and direct outreach.
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
● Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
● Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional).
Experience: : Minimum of 2 years of sales experience mandatory, preferably in the education or in the youth development sector.
Passion: A genuine interest in helping teenagers explore and choose careers they love.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
