Marketing Executive for TeenInterns (brand name I Love Mondays)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive student sign-ups, enhance brand awareness, and support our sales efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong digital marketing skills and a passion for helping teens discover their career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
● Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Teeninterns and TES.
● Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and the website.
● Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, Google Ads, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
● Social Media Management: Oversee and grow TeenInterns/ILM’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
● Event Promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events, webinars, and workshops.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
● Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the management team and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or in the youth development sector.
Passion: A genuine interest in helping teenagers explore and choose careers they love.
Skills:
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Zoho, Mailchimp).
Excellent understanding of social media marketing and SEO.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
